This question asked "How did we like the breakfast?" Was there breakfast included?
It was easy to use the key lock on the door. The Seabreeze "how to check in" and "check out" instructions were very good.
The location is EXCELLENT! Even though Seagrass Flats 1 is on a busy street, the street noise was not a problem.
The unit was well appointed and we also appreciated having access to beach chairs/umbrellas, etc.
- Soon after making the reservation with Seabreeze, I called Seabreeze a couple of times to find out information about how much my bill would be and when it would be charged to my credit card. On each occasion the person answering the phone couldn't answer my questions but promised to have someone call me back with the answers I was looking for. Nobody every called.
- Get handles on the kitchen cabinets. The lower cabinets in the kitchen in Seaflats 1 are impossible to use. Please install handles on the doors and drawers on all of the kitchen cabinets.
- Provide the number of dishes and utensils that you say you're going to have available. We were promised 4 of each type of dish (4 bowls, plates, cups, glasses, and so on) but there were not 4 of everything in that kitchen. How do 4 people have morning coffee together with 3 mugs? . . . 3 small plates for 4 people . . . 3 hardball glasses for 4 people . . . and so on. Seriously, why not make it 6 or even 8 of everything? They're just cheap dinnerware pieces.
- Provide realistic options (or refunds) for when appliances break down. The dryer didn't work the entire time we were there. Seabreeze Hospitality offered laundry service to us, which was very nice, but the service was to send it to the facility that is used for sheets and towels. We wondered how it would go when nice clothing is in the hands of a laundry group that only does sheets/towels, and then decided not to risk it. Please offer other options to guests for when appliances break down? This rental unit is expensive and going without the dryer (in our case) was more than an inconvenience. Finding and going to the laundromat took time away from our vacation.
- Provide coffee filters. If you're going to have drip-style coffee makers in the kitchens then provide the coffee filters needed for them.
