Directly on the Gulf of Mexico! Open the sliding glass doors to the covered private balcony and listen to the sound of the surf. Enjoy your day pool or beach side.
Furnished with a king size bed, love seat and ottoman (both are twin Pull outs) dining table. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, full size refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, and toaster.
This property does have a large swimming pool and lounge area. There are two community charcoal grills(charcoal not provided) on property with sitting areas.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, sunset dining, picnicking, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free island trolley.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and is one half mile long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
**Please keep in mind if the elevator becomes inoperable due to any reason, the stairs will be the only form of transportation to and from your unit. This unit is subject to the rules and regulations of a Condo Association which is not affiliated with A Paradise Vacation Rentals. We are not notified by nor can we be held responsible for any exterior maintenance that might occur during your stay.
You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The location was fantastic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We did not use the kitchen with exception to the refrigerator so I can't speak to any of those amenities.
The shower head was a bit odd but it worked. The only downside was the instructions for leaving regarding linens. It was confusing what was to be done, but that could just be how I interpreted it.
It was a bit warm with the air remaining at 78 but the fans were very helpful it making it comfortable.
I would definitely recommend this place.

This place was just big enough for my family. We loved how the walk to the beach wasn't far, the pool was never overly crowded and the view from the balcony was gorgeous.
We packed beach towels and our beach chairs because what I read said there were none but, there are both. Just drag the chairs to the beach and bring them back.
Overall a great place to stay while on AMI.

The location is outstanding, beautiful beach as was the luggage rack, elevator, and amenities in the unit. The negative is the shower barely worked, and the pool was green with mustard allergy making it almost useable.
