Welcome to Beach Breeze East by RVA; a fantastic vacation rental that includes a spacious patio area to enjoy the warm Florida beach breezes. Look forward to placing your toes in the sand just a short walk away, or sailing on Sarasota Bay. This beautiful, elevated three-bedroom vacation home has been completely updated with designer-quality touches throughout and is located only two blocks from the beach. The spacious floorplan allows for a variety of travel needs, or for even more space also rent out our Beach Breeze West unit also located on site (separate rentals required). For the East Unit - the main living area offers an open floor plan with hardwood flooring, a comfortable section couch, and a wall-mounted entertainment center. The fully-equipped kitchen includes upgraded appliances and cookware to satisfy any chef's needs. Additional amenities include WIFI Internet access, shared grill and hot tub areas, parking, and more!

The upstairs of this Bradenton Beach vacation rental has a full master suite with a king sized bed, making this the ideal spot. The wood floors continue into the master suite which has a private sitting area with a large flat-screen tv, a separate office/study area, and a full bath with double sinks. The oversize bedroom area, which includes an additional couch, also opens to the top balcony. Reserved for the master bedroom this large patio/balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in the sights, sounds, and island life of this paradise. In the distance, sailboats can be seen traveling through the bay and the many wonderful colors of the Florida sky will be witnessed.

At Beach Breeze, the fully fenced-in yard with lush landscaping includes a full-size ping pong table, built-in grill, dolphin fountain, expansive patio set for fun outdoor dining, and a very large hot tub. Our stay was very pleasant. Wonderful proximity to beach and away from crowds. Close to fantastic (but pricey) Salt restaurant. Kids loved the hoit tub & ping pong table. Ample supply of beach towels and blankets to snuggle in. There were some beach chairs available that it seems may have been left by past guests because they were not listed on original amenities list. We left our "boogie" boards and skim board for the next people so thanks to those who paid it forward. Close to alot of yummy breakfast spots as well as Publix. I do agree with a previous reviewer that picking up/returning the keys in a completely opposite direction of the property in jamm packed island traffic was inconvenient. A keypad entry would be much more feasible considering it's location. Other than that everything went off without a hitch. Thank you

The condo is in a great location, just a block from the beach. Well stocked with plenty of towels. Only thing was the TV remote was broken and very limited channels through the cable subscription. Also, it was a little inconvenient to drive all the way to long boat key to pick up and return the keys, would be nice if they had a door code or lock box

Loved staying at this house during our kids spring break. Best location in my opinion as you have easy access to private areas of the beach and the house had everything that we needed to make our stay feel at home.
