No beach view, since we were in the back section. View was looking at 2 houses that looked terrible..Toaster didn't wk, bathroom on main floor, tub drain had to be fixed & sink hardly had any water coming out! Worker had to buy new faucet, so i told him forget it. But the place was clean & only 3 minutes to walk to beach. HAD A WOUNDERFUL TIME.

Very comfortable and located in a central area. Beds were very cozy. Hot tub was wonderful. House could have been cleaner a water pressure was leaking in the upstairs shower. The upstairs shower also had a rough floor. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would come again.

Overall good. Few suggestions for improvement - signs to direct you to which unit is yours- old info on check in directing us to longboat key- no parking info in listing - dusty furniture, dirty windows, bird poop on balcony - was given wring code and able to access an occupied unit. Luckily people were not in there - check out instructions early would be helpful - shower on 2nd fl could use a mat. Rick’s are very uncomfortable - download portal but most info came in email giving me 3 places to check. All with different detailsPros - location close to beach- great unit space for larger group- staff answered phone and quickly helped me access correct unit Overall would stay again but some room for small improvements to streamline guess experience -
