Covered Deck & Bay Views: Bradenton Beach Abode!

The location is literally two blocks from the beach. The house is extremely clean and neat and all of the furniture, utensils, tvs etc are all A+. So many rentals have cheap things because people can ruin them. Not this house. I literally said- I want that couch in my house. The bed slept so good, there were so many extra towels, washcloths pillows etc. The washer was huge! I felt like I was at home. The code for the door got us right in and there was already ice made in the ice maker and the house was cool. Everything was truly too notch and we had the best time. Great places to eat all around and the beach is a leisurely 5 minute stroll with a pedestrian crossing at our spot. They provide the nice beach wagon and umbrellas and plenty of the nice beach chairs with pillows. Sand toys for kids and noodles to float as well. Patio off the living room was delightful in the morning and we could see the pink hues of the sunset as well. There is an additional big area downstairs outside with a grill and plenty of seating and it’s covered so you don’t die with the sun. Truly was an awesome stay with everything we needed as well as feeling spoiled because everything was too notch. We will be back again for sure!

There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t like. Everything we wanted we had. Board games- they have them. Books for the beach for a quick read- they have them. Cooking breakfast was a delight with all of the pans, utensils and nice glasses.

It was very clean, had many amenities included for the beach and outside entertainment. It was in a very good location as well conveniently between the beach and bay as well as stores and resturants.

I did not like the fact I tried to book an extra day onto my stay and was ignored by booking.com with the also giving me the run around. I spoke with the owner of the house and evolve and they said no one had booked the day I wanted to add on, I couldn't do it through them so I had to contact booking.com directly. I spoke with booking.com and told them that everyone i had spoken to said it was OK for me to stay another night but they couldn't handle the money aspect. Booking.com contacted the same people I spoke with and they said they would reach back out to me in 24-48 hours but they did not. I would've happily spent the extra money because the home was amazing and the owner was very helpful.

The house is really beautiful, but the rules were a bit extreme. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, and they wouldn’t even extend it by one hour. On top of that, you have to wake up early because they expect you to strip all the beds, gather the towels, take out the trash, and wash all the dinnerware. It feels quite exaggerated, especially considering we’re already being charged a cleaning fee.
