Recently updated with all new finishes. Tarpon Flats is an Elevated 3 Bedroom home featuring an open floor plan with multiple balconies & porches, plus a large two car garage. All new tile flooring, lighting, hurricane rated windows & sliding doors. Beautiful new baths! One with an oversized tub /shower and a half bath. It is a quick 3 minute walk to the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Also walkable to some stores & restaurants.
From this unique location in Bradenton Beach you will also be just a few steps away from Herb Dolan Park, located on the Intracoastal waterway. At this waterfront you will find a picnic area, children's playground, a kayak launch, basketball and pickleball courts. Tarpon Flats features picturesque views of the bay, bridges and glorious sunrises!
The large open Great Room includes a Living & Dining area. All new sliding doors span the entire space leading to a balcony. From the balcony you will enjoy lovely breezes, sunrises and water views. This is just one place to relax at Tarpon Flats while sipping morning coffee or your favorite beverage! The fully stocked kitchen and quality cookware lets you be creative while preparing meals, even on vacation. We had a fantastic weekend staying at this property. The home is very well maintained, exceptionally clean, and beautifully decorated. The view of the bay is absolutely stunning and made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals comfortably. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

The pictures show the property accurately but you miss all the fine details. The location was good. Bay views and breezes. A short 3 block walk to the gulf where the beaches are beautiful. the house itself is spacious and has a great shower (only 1). On our second day the faucet in the kitchen stopped working which was replaced the next day. the kitchen was well equipped. The main bed was extremely soft and low to the ground which didn't work for my husband. He switched he'd to another bedroom and that seemed to work for him. The floors let my feet black and I sent a picture to the manager and never heard back from her. The sink and faucet in the bath were very wobbly which was fixed as best as possible. The pipes under the sink were not correct so the handyman came back again and fixed that. The screened in porch had a torn out screen which was removed and never replaced. Most of the window had no screens and had to be propped up to keep them open. The tile floors were cracked and chipped. The bathroom cabinetry was old and in need of replacement. The garage door opener didn't work properly, but that was fixed also. Out door lighting was askew. The stairs heading down to the grill had feces on them. the screened in porch had outdoor debris inside that wasn't swept out. the fence in the side yard was broken down and laying in the neighbors yard. The tv and internet was spotty at best. Outside needed a good cleaning also. Good Luck if you rent.
