Loved the whole setup, absolutely beautiful. Spacious.... The elevator came in handy for elderly parents. It was very nice to come back from a day at the beach and jump in the pool on the humid nights instead of being cooped up in the house. The rooftop patio and lower patio were amazing. It fit all our needs. We were able to get into the home a little earlier, and we were grateful.
The coffee pot. Really needs an upgrade. Had the feeling of being watched. We know we locked the front door, and a couple of times, it was unlocked in the morning. We always exited the home thru the garage. That feeling was kind of confirmed when we saw what were probably the owners checking on things at night. I can see if we were being loud and unruly, but that wasn't the case. I am a property owner myself and have renters. If you have to come out at night and check on things, then maybe it shouldn't be a rental. Very uneasy feeling... Maybe have check out time an hour later...

The location was perfect with a gorgeous beach a block away! The place was very well equipped with towels, beach items in the garage, and everything we needed in the kitchen. The appliances were updated, it was very roomy & cute, AC was very cool, TVs were big and easy to operate, keyless entry worked well, and the pool was simply perfect. We could see the bay on one side and were near the gulf on the other. We had 3 generations enjoying a wonderful time making memories together.
It was very pricey, especially during Florida's rainy/hurricane season. The beautiful hot tub & elevator only worked sometimes, and there was a loud construction zone next door. We had only 1 kitchen garbage bag and my bath mat was cute, but needed to be washed. I wasn't in the master suite, and my mattress was just fair & I had an electrical panel in my room. There were little quirks, but ultimately, they were no big deal. Just would have loved a little more perfect or a little lower price!
