Welcome to Bamboo 223! This awesome condo is located directly on beautiful Bradenton Beach.

** Please note that due to storm damage, the elevator is currently out of order. At this time, access to the condo is only available via the stairs. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as repairs are underway.**
Enjoy amazing panoramic Gulf of Mexico sunsets from your private 100 sq ft lanai overlooking a large heated swimming pool. This condo is part of a small complex located right on the beach-no streets to cross- with a view of the Gulf. Best suited for a maximum of 2 adults with a King size bed. There is also a small futon for up to 2 more small children.
You will love the direct view onto the beach where you may even see a dolphin or two! Many restaurants are close by and the free island trolley shuttle stops right in front of the complex to take you anywhere else on the island. This is a great spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, or small families.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by Shore Thing Property Services LLC for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.
We require 25% deposit with the final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Shore Thing Properties cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
House keeping will provide you with a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags, but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.

The room was clean, the location & view is terrific! If your top priority is a beach view on the beach this is a great location. It is a great room for a couple. KIng sized bed was comfortable. Since this trip was for myself and a long time friend we adjusted and shared the bed. The extra "bed" was a small futon that could lay flat but neither of us would have considered sleeping on it, maybe in our twenties when comfort was less of a priority.

Wonderful gulf views, pool nice since redone, few things easily fixable are beach equipment needs replaced, rusted and broken but still on porch like it’s useable, key and lock to enter rusty and difficult to use, sliding door hard to open also. Few tweaks and would be amazing
