Premium Apartment by Hi5- Near New York Cafe

O apratamento era bonito e espaçoso o suficiente para acomodar 6 pessoas. O segundo quarto tinha uma cama de casal em mezanine, cujo o tecto era baixo, sendo apenas adequada para casais mais jovens (mas já esperava). A casa estava bem decorada e equipada, com WCs e kitchnet espaçosos e relativamente modernos. O local era sossegado mas muito próximo da zona movimentada e a 1-2 km a é dos locais de maior interesse. Fiquei satisfeito com a estadia.

Foram apenas desponibilizadas duas toalhas de rosto para os 6 hóspedes e não estavam em grandes condições. Não foram disponibilizados panos de cozinha, nem outros acessórios de limpeza, que ajudam a manter a loiça e a cozinha limpa. Também não tinha sacos de lixo, o que não é normal.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, with public transport stops right nearby. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, entering the building left a very unpleasant first impression. Right inside the entrance, there was a row of rubbish bins that smelled bad and were overflowing. As a result, the entrance felt dirty and unpleasant. I have never encountered such an arrangement in any accommodation before. The kettle in the apartment did not work. I informed the owner about this on the very first morning and asked for the broken kettle to be replaced, but unfortunately this was not done during our stay. It would also have been useful to have a dishcloth and kitchen towels in the kitchen; only paper towels were provided. During our stay, one morning a large wall picture had fallen down by itself. It had only been attached with double-sided tape. For such a large picture, this method of fixing is clearly not sufficient, and it gave the impression of poor workmanship. The beds were generally comfortable, but both pillows were too high. If two pillows are provided per person, it would be better if one were higher and the other noticeably lower, so that guests could choose the option that suits them best. In addition, the room was occasionally noisy at night, as young people were partying under the window and playing loud music from a car. Fortunately, the noise did not last all night.
