The Urban Chill Spot Harsfa street

The location was good. And there was enough space for two people in the apartment.

Both the bed and the sofa bed were quite uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely flat, and you could feel that the filling inside had deteriorated. We stayed for four nights, but nobody came to clean the apartment, even to empty the rubbish or change the towels. The apartment itself has been renovated to look nice, but the quality of the renovation is quite poor. The walls would also benefit from being refreshed, as there were multiple scratches and marks throughout. There was also a washing machine full of water with some laundry inside, locked with a wire, for the entire duration of our stay. It looked quite unpleasant, especially as it made us wonder whether the laundry could have been towels or bed sheets intended for the next guests. The place definitely has potential. With some investment in better-quality furniture and fittings, regular cleaning and maintenance, and a general refresh, it could be a much nicer stay. It may even be worth upgrading the property and increasing the price slightly to reflect the improved quality.

Había un hueco sin tapar entre la primera y la planta baja bastante peligroso sobre todo si viajas con niños.

Super lokalizacja blisko przystanków tramwajowych, autobusowych i metra. Spora liczba świetnych restauracji w nie dużej odległości od apartamentu. Dobra komunikacja z właścicielem, bezproblemowe i samodzielne zameldowanie. Cicha i spokojna okolica.

Z minusów to tylko brak zmywarki, trochę nieświeże ręczniki i strome schody prowadzące do sypialni.

En general no lo recomendaría.

La entrada al apartamento era un estercolero lleno de basura por el suelo durante al menos 3 días seguidos, el colchón malo, faltaba bolsas para basura no había ni una sola escoba, ni nada de limpieza….. Sin ventilación apenas,en fin desencantados !!
