Everything was fine, fine being the perfect word to describe the place. Definitely not a Penthouse, just a double decked studio with twolarge beds, perfect for a family stay. As a result, you have plenty of space to enjoy mornings and evenings on the sofa, watching the stamp-sized TV :) All in all, a nice place, with a private parkimg nearby and the central ferris wheel within a 20 minutes walk.
The toilet was separated from the bathroom, which is both an advantage and an inconvenience. I would suggest installing a small sink above the washing machine, if possible, And the TV was...from another time, with a separate TV box and a remote with no batteries. Please invest in a CI card :)

The location is quite good. It's near a lot of activity but also quiet. The staff was very attentive. Anytime we sent a message they would respond quickly and very politely.
The days we were there the internet was having trouble and the staff was working with Vodafone to fix the problem. There needs to be a lot more instruction about how to work things like clothes washer and which one is a laundry pod and which is a dishwasher pod.

Washing machine, air conditioner worked well.
Smell was not great. The company that responded to us regarding how to get into the area where the apartment was it’s not very good and it took quite a while for us to get a hold of them. They blamed it on us because they said they sent an email, but we had been on a river cruise and did not receive the email. It seemed a little bit expensive. Lack of good pillows and extra pillows did not have linen.
