Todo muy bien

The condo is very spacious, with large, comfortable rooms, and the location is fantastic, with great views over Prati. The beds were very comfortable, and the building itself has a lot of charm, including a lovely old-style elevator that adds to the Roman character of the place. The host was also very accommodating and flexible, allowing us to check in a little earlier than scheduled, which we really appreciated. The condo has a dishwasher and laundry machine which we appreciated.

The condo is in a great location and has good potential, but it could definitely use a little more care and attention. The toilet seats in both bathrooms were loose and kept coming off, and in one of the bathrooms, the shower would flood the floor. We also had some issues with the sink not draining properly. The décor could use some updating. The bedroom with the single bed doesn’t have an air conditioner only a fan. The kitchen utensils and pans are also quite worn and should have been replaced some time ago. There are not capuchino cups, instead you can have several expresso shots.

It was in a good location and very big.

The check-in was in 15:00 but we had to wait about one hour for the lady to clean the room. The furniture were old and the bathroom need a renovation.
