Дуже гарне розташування — один із головних плюсів цього помешкання. Район красивий, чистий, гуляти — справжнє задоволення. Поруч багато ресторанів, а також чудова гастрономія прямо в цьому ж будинку, де можна перекусити, випити кави або просеко. Сам будинок також дуже приємний. В квартирі було чисто, видно, що перед заселенням прибирали. Щодо мінусів. Спальних місць фактично лише два повноцінні ліжка. Диван у вітальні сильно зношений, продавлений і скрипучий — спати на ньому некомфортно. Додаткове спальне місце в одній зі спалень також виглядає непридатним для дорослої людини. Вікна і ставні не закриваються належним чином — вони старі або пошкоджені. Через це є дві проблеми: у холодну пору року це може бути критично, а також дуже сильний шум з вулиці. Складається враження, що спиш просто з відкритими вікнами — без берушів відпочити складно. Не було жодних базових дрібниць: ні води, ні чаю, ні цукру — все потрібно купувати самостійно. Також відчувався запах тютюну, хоча, ймовірно, це залишилось від попередніх гостей. Загалом, квартира більше підходить для короткого перебування на 1–2 ночі, але для довшого проживання може бути не дуже комфортною
