Germanico Luxury Apartment

A great experience overall, would recommend without a doubt. Keys of the apartment were delivered in hand by a welcoming person, willing to explain everything and give you suggestions/advices you might need. The remaining communication via whatsapp was fast and fluid. The location is great particularly if your focus is the Vatican, 10 mins walk. For Rome city center still walkable but further away. The neighborhood is very pleasant, safe and quiet. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, with everything you might need (AC included), the two beds were big and comfortable. A great experience, will stay here if we return to Rome.

Everything was great. Extremely clean. Quite and very well located. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants. The apartment is newly renovated and is very bright. Has everything that we needed. Very good value for money and very nice host. We will definitely go back

All was great

It's all about expectation. The description we read in booking.com was misleading. In the description, this apartment has 2 rooms (see photos) with 3 beds: 1 queen, 1 single and 1 sofa bed. But there is only 1 room with a sofa bed. So, we were quite disappointed. The location itself is very very central. And the unit is quite nice.

There's an electricity outage for about 1 hour at around 10.30 PM. Not the fault of the apartment. But, I was quite surprise that an apartment in Rome does not have a generation set for a backup in the case like this. Imagine if you are in an elevator when an outage occurs. So, we were in the dark for sometime. It does not feel like in Europe 😅.
