Almost everything, especially the size of the apartment, the windows, the electric appliances, the cleanliness.
1. The location ( no sea side view, only other buildings nearby) 2. An unpleasant smell from the airconditioning system, it was strong when we first got into the apartment, after a day or two it went away.
