הדירה בסה"כ נקיה ותקינה מבחינת המתקנים שבה. מזגנים עובדים פיקס. אמנם 2 חדרים אבל לא מתאים ל 2 משפחות. דירה קטנה למטרה זו. למשפחה אחת עם 3 ילדים זה בסדר... אם לא בניתם על מרפסת ...
1. קיבלנו חדר באיחור למרות שאמרו שהוא מוכן , חיכינו בחוץ עם התיקים בחום של אילת עד שהמנקה תסיים לנקות. 2. החדר שאמור להיות עם מרפסת ... זו בדיחה שאין כמותה... אין אמת בפרסום. קיבלנו אמנם מרפסת אבל בגודל של קופסת גפרורים שבקושי אדם אחד עומד בה... 3. המתחם עצמו לא נראה שחובב אורחים במיוחד... כל המתחם שילטי איומים כאלה ואחרים בשפה בוטה ולא מכבדת... 4. בריכה נסגרת ב 18:00 אבל מתחילים לקפל אנשים כבר חצי שעה קודם , כולל להקים מהכסאות.... אבל בבוקר שהיא נפתחת רק בשעה 10:00 , יש להם זמן... פותחים באיזי ... כך שלמעשה רק ב 10:20 מסירים את הגדר מסביבה. 5. בדשא , אסור כדור , הכיסאות קשורים לרצפה כך שאפילו לסדר אותם כדי לשבת אחד ליד השני לא ניתן... אמרתי לכם... לא אוהבים אורחים במתחם הזה...
