The host was VERY accommodating. We had an issue with the Internet and he was right on it and had it fixed. He was very gracious and responsive.
Come understanding there isn't a dryer. We had 12 of us with lots of laundry so there wasn't a lot of places to air dry our clothes. The clothes would dry on the line, but we just had thought there would be a dryer.

Very clean, excellent location, host is very gracious.
Large TV, full size fridge, really nice yard.
I had my own separate entrance so I could come and go without disturbing anyone.
Really close to supermarket.
Free close by parking.
There's nothing really not to like, especially at this price point.
