תמורה מצוינת למחיר, דירה חדשה, מרווחת, מזרנים טובים, אינטרנט מצוין. החניה היא בונוס גדול. מעט יחסית צלחות וכוסות, שפע של סירים ומחבתות, כולם מלוכלכים ולא מתאימים לשימוש. למרבה המזל יש מיקרוגל. שאר הבית נקי למשעי.

Ein ruhiges Appartement, gräumig und gut ausgestattet. WLAN hat gut funktioniert, Küche und Bad gut ausgestattet, sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Freundlicher Austausch mit dem Vermieter. Terrasse ist super und die Nachbarn freundlich. In nächster Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsgelegenheiten und die beste Falafel südlich von Beer Sheva!
Leider war der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage von einem anderen Wagen belegt und konnte nicht genutzt werden.
