Very, very clean. Excellent air conditioning. 3 Televisions (1 per bed + livingroom). Good kitchen utilities. Large enclosed yard area. Quiet. Organized and very well designed - felt high end.
You'll need a car or taxi to get anywhere (3-4 minutes drive). Water pressure was only okay. Internet (in smart TVs) was mediocre and sometimes stalled.
