ניתן לשפר את נקיון המצעים וניתן להחליף חלק מהסירים שכבר מאד ישנים כמו כן ניתן לשפר את הנקיון של הספה בסלון . אפשר להשאיר אולי סבון אחד לכל מקלחת ליום הראשון לפחות עד שאנשים יתארגנו עם קניה

גודל הדירה , שני שירותים +מקלחון ואמבטיה - מאוד יעיל ונוח. קרובה לחוף קיסוסקי ולאטרקציות, לקניון, יש מכונת כביסה ומייבש, המארחים היו גמישים לגבי שעת הגעה ושעת עזיבה.
הדירה לא הייתה נקיה, היה לא נעים בכלל להתהלך על הרצפה. אבק בכל מקום, קורי עכביש.. מאחורי המיטות לכלוך כאילו שאף אחד לא שטף או ניקה תקופה ארוכה מאוד. שקעי חשמל חשופים (מסוכן). קומקום מים חמים לא היה. שימו קצת יותר נייר טואלט ומגבות.
