Месторасположение максимально в пешей доступности к морю. Аппартаменты находятся на закрытой под охраной территории. В минутной доступности супермаркет. Для любителей спорта также имеется тренажерный зал. Здания проживания на территории очень ухоженные и чистые. Аппартаменты просторные с широким балконом и шикарным видом на море. В номере для гостей все имеется для комфортного проживания. Оптоволоконный интернет с отличной скоростью обслуживания. Кофемашина и стиральная машина в наличии. Холодильник, чайник и прочая кухонная утварь в состоянии использования.
В ванной комнате присутствует вентиляция, но она естественная без помощи вентилятора. Поэтому нужно всегда оставлять дверь открытой. В здании нет лифта, но для нас это не было критично.
