L’appartement est spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. La piscine est très grande. La situation dans la ville est parfaite. Synagogue dans l’immeuble. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

דירה מרווחת- מתאימה ל- 6 ואפילו ל-7 אנשים , מצויידת בכל מה שנדרש כולל מכונת כביסה, מדיח, תנור, מזגן מעולה ומרפסת נפלאה . בבניין יש בריכה גדולה ונעימה, חדר כושר המשקיף על הבריכה עם מכשירים אירוביים ומשקולות, חנייה מקורה , שומר בלובי.
שעות הפתיחה של הבריכה מגבילות מעט כי היא נפתחת רק בין 900 ל 1800

מיקום מעולה, בריכה גדולה שקטה, מטבח מאובזר, מאוד נקי, חניה מוצלת, גמישות בעזיבה בשבת, תמורה מאוד טובה למחיר
דברים קטנים, לא ממש הפריע , אך ניתן לשפר בהחלט: היו כמה שקעים שבורים, לא הצלחנו לשנות טמפרטורה במזגן למרות שעשינו הכל לפי הנחיות. כריות מאוד לא נוכות, אין מקום אחסון בכלל באחד מחדרי שינה, צריכים לכל דבר ללכת ליחידת הורים.
