Very spacious, clean and calming surroundings. The beds were extremely comfortable and the lined and pillows were very soft and good. Loved the big patio and the jacuzzi. Lovely decorations and colours. Parking is close to the door and elevator. Wonderful pool in the complex.
The building being on a busy street is a little off-putting and although the patio is very big, the noise of the air-conditioning units is less nice. - but certainly not a deal breaker.
Inside the unit was always quiet and pleasant and the central aircon works great!

The apartment-complex has a swimming pool and pool-area that you can use. There is a great supermarket just 2 minutes walk away. There is 24h security guard on the premises. The custodian was very kind and helpful!
The apartment is on Sderot Argaman, so while you can walk to the beach and city center, it does feel a little out-of-the-way.
The temperature sensor for one of the airconditioned zones, is located in another zone: Not too big a hassle once you were aware, but we did have to fiddle with the settings a lot. The outer-doors to the balcony could not be locked.

Location is excellent, very close to all attractions. The apartment was very clean, we had everything we need for the perfect stay. Washing machine and dishwasher including all cleaning products are very useful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi on the balcony. Very recommended, especially for families!
