Location is great!

The cleanliness could definitely be improved. The cleaning team is doing a decent job, but nothing beyond that—and you can feel it. The beds for the kids were not comfortable. I also noticed in other reviews that this is a recurring issue, so if you want your guests to be happy, it’s something that should be addressed rather than ignored. The biggest disappointment was the noise. There is a restaurant sharing a wall with the apartment, and the noise was unbearable loud music until around 00:30, followed by cleaning activities until 2:30am with constant noise from moving items and shouting. Then it started again at 7:15 in the morning. In addition, the apartment is located very close to the complex entrance, so there is continuous noise from people coming and going, which makes it even harder to rest. I raised this with the security team, who said there was nothing they could do, and also with the property management (Odem). They apologized, but no real solution was offered. I was also told that no one had complained before, which is very surprising given how extreme the noise is. Unfortunately, due to the overall noise and experience, we would not return.
