Tha apartment is good overall.

The price is seems to be equal to the offers in Eilat, but in the mean time is very high, looking to the prices in the same location worldwide. Also, unfortunately the service is not ideal. The apatrtment was not so clean, I mean it was on the first look, but then when we opened the windows much dust appears. The balcony was wery ditry with all the outdoor furniture. The payment is weird, despite the fact that I left all details of my card on Booking, that host demanded the bank transfer before my arrival and also asked for my credit card details as the insurance (in case of property's damage). I have meet this kind of sequence before, but usually in this case the host arrive after the stay to perform final settlement and to check the property. This approach positions you in a vulnerable situation, in which you paid all in advance, and you can't do nothing with any desripencis from host's side. Which actually happened after we closed the apartment and left it in a condition we get in. The host wrote me that the cable of the door lock was damaged, which was not true as we left the property and the door closed after we got out and nobody came to check it on our check out. Thankfully the host didn't вeducted the cost of "damage", which in the normal conditions should be approved by the two sides (which was not made), but he had all the possibility to do this.
