Top Royal Eilat

Hosts were very communicative and supportive from the moment we booked until the minute we left. Responded quickly to all questions and resolved some small issues we had. Included free parking to compensate for a non-operational TV - which they fixed within an hour of reporting it anyway! The estate is good with all features you'd expect and a clever parking gate system. Room was fine - probably too small for six let alone the maximum allowed of seven but we made it work. View was great over the garden and pool. Room itself was very clean and comfortable.

Very few complaints. The apartment building is a little old and dirty but we didn't spend much time there, just to go up and down to the room. Only real complaint is the gym which was closed and. Not sure if it was broken or, as we were told, was only for residents. When we enquired we were told to use an outside beach gym and that "besides, you came on vacation". As if people don't like to exercise when away.
