הנרי בעל הדירה מארח נהדר, ענה במהירות וסייע בכל בקשה. הדירה נראת ממש כמו בתמונות, ובמיקום נהדר (שתי דק' הליכה מקניון שבעת הכוכבים) הדירה ממוקמת בתוך מתחם בניינים יוקרתי עם בריכה וחדר כושר.

Huge balcony, big living room with dining area, and three sleeping rooms. The kitchen has almost all the cooking equipment. Comfortable beds. Quiet and closed living complex with a 24/7 security desk. Private underground parking. Great location.
Maybe some small fixes are suspected: the balcony need som additional dust cleaning, and some cooking stuff could be added (like salt, dishwasher tablets, to sharpen knives), but nothing critical.

דירה וואו!! 3 חדרי שינה + סלון. מיטות גדולות ונוחות. מרפסת ענקית, מטבח גדול מאובזר לגמרי . חניה פרטית תת קרקעית אז האוטו לא מתחמם בשמש. הנרי ענה מיידית לכל שאלה ובעיה. המתחם סגור כך שלא נכנסים אנשים שלא לנים שם. ממש סמוך למתחם יש קניון חדש ( 7 הכוכבים) ובמרחק רבע שעה הליכה קניון מול הים.
היינו בתחילת אוקטובר, מזג האוויר מתחיל להתקרר, והבריכה במתחם נראת נהדר אבל קרה.

מיקום מעולה, מרחק הליכה ממרכזי קניות, ממסעדות ומהטיילת, יש חניה תת קרקעית וזה חשוב כי כל האזור כחול לבן. ההדרכה של בעל הדירה לגבי מיקום, הגעה וחניה מעולה ומפורטת.
מגבות דקות ופחות נעימות, הספות בסלון במצב תחזוקה לא משהו, המרפסת לא מתוחזקת מבחינת ניקיון וריהוט, הנוף מהמרפסת לאתר בניה (מן הסתם יסתיים בקרוב). צריך להדליק דוד במקלחות
