המיקום, החניה, הזמינות של ג'רי וניקיון הדירה והמתחם. בגדול היה ממש נחמד, יש כמה דברים קטנים לשפר כדי שיהיה מושלם.
חסר דברים במטבח כגון כוסות ליין והמזגן אומנם קירר אך די רעש, אפילו הפריע קצת בלילה לישון

מזגן מרכזי מרעיש בצורה לא סבירה- מיטת יהודית מזרון לא נוח בככל - היו עבודות בניה ליד שהרעש היה מטורף- לא נאמר לנו שיש עבודות בניה בזמן ההזמנה . חלונות לא אטומים בחדרים אפילו את הרוח שומעים בלילה. הדלת כניסה לדירה לא נסגרת עד הסוף ומי שישן בסלון מקבל אור כל הלילה .
