Beautiful apartment and the perfect base to explore Lausanne and Lake Geneva

We stayed here for the first 3 nights of our adventure across Switzerland and it couldn't have been more perfect for what we needed! The apartment was immaculate and the balcony was very welcome on the warm evenings! Our host Fé was super accomodating and so helpful with local travel tips as we arrived later than planned. Before arriving we were a little anxious it was too far from the centre but that absolutely wasn't an issue as the lakeside walk in Ouchy was a leisurely stroll away and Lausanne centre was just a short hop on the bus, which stops outside the apartment every 10 mins or so.

Fantastic apartment close to the lake

The apartment has everything you can need. Fully equipped in kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. The owners were very kind and helpful. Beds very comfortable. Location very good, with some views of the lake from a large and charming terrace. You can reach Lausanne center walking. By car or train it's possible to reach another interesting places. Strongly recommend

Lovely modern, spotless property, views of the lake/mountains, 8min walk to Lake, 2mins walk to bus stop.

The road can be a bit noisy at times but only during the day.

Lovely flat with a great view in a lovely location

Location is wonderful. Near the lake and on a good bus route into town. Road is quiet enough. Nicely furnished and great kitchen equipment for anyone staying a while.

Too warm - would have liked to be able to adjust the temperature. Pillows were not very comfortable but appreciate that is a matter of taste

Appartement spacieux, lumineux et propre Vue lac Grande terrasse Communication excellente avec la propriétaire

Environnement très bruyant Proximité de routes Beaucoup de passage Il manque une table à l’extérieur pour pouvoir manger sur la terrasse. Il n’y a pas de verres à eau seulement des verres à pied Seulement 4 assiettes, 4 fourchettes : un peu limité quand même

Très bon séjour au calme

Bel appartement bien situé le lonc du lac, grande baie vitrée avec vue sur le lac, proprio sympa.

Pas de place de parking dans la résidence et tous les stationnement proche sont en zone bleue. C'est donc compliqué d'avoir une voiture.

APPARTEMENT BEAU, PROPRE ET BIEN SITUÉ. PROPRIÉTAIRES SYMPAS ET À L'ÉCOUTE. PARFAIT!

L'appartement est beau, confortable, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Nous avons reçu des cadeaux de bienvenue comme des brosses à dents en bamboo, dentifrice, chocolat et j'en passe. Il y avait aussi du café en capsules, biscuits, thés de plusieurs sortes, huile d'olive & vinaigre BIO + produits lessive également BIO. Du jamais vu chez d'autres appartements. Nous avons adoré les alentours, l'immeuble est dans la rue du bord du lac et l'accés aux plages est rapide. Le bus se trouve à quelques mètres. Fê est une personne très gentille, toujours disponible et à répondu à toutes nos questions très rapidement. Nous avons adoré le séjour, à refaire certainement.
