Absolute gem. Great location, easy access in and out. Full size stove/oven. Great find!

the easiest key entry I have experienced with booking.com. No problem at all.

The only thing I did not like and this is very nit picky. The clock in the room is SO LOUD. As a room renter I would remove the clock. The road noises were no problem but the clock Yikes!

PLeasant place for a couple of days

Location is great Studio equipped with good amenities Cleanliness Host was responding quite fast The city was very nice as well

We had some issues with the WiFI. It was not possible for us to connect to the modem. We were staying on the top floor. The signal was not reaching all the way up. The shower is quite small. I am a tall person (1.94 m) I was not able to stand straight inside the shower. Was difficult for me to shower

Great studio in central Spa. Easy access with a lockbox. Spacious room. Well-equiped kitchen.

There was some miscommunication about the tourist tax but it was solved with a few texts.

The property was clean and the bed was comfortable and it was central to everything around although almost all of it was closed

The radiator wouldn't work only needed it as we got soaked riding to the property other than that no complaints at all

A great place to stay for a short break in the perfect location.

I was extremely happy with this place. The location was absolutely perfect - just a couple of minutes' walk from Spa-Géronstère station; right by the church and overlooking Pouhon Pierre le Grand. Amazing! The room was clean and well laid out. The kitchen area was very well equipped. It was extremely easy to collect the keys from a lock box at the front door - I received the code the day before. Very convenient indeed. This place is absolutely ideal for a short break. I would unquestionably stay here again.

My impressions of this place are overwhelmingly positive. However, the smart TV didn't work well - it kept on buffering and then coming up with messages such as no connection, or no internet or error. Not the end of the world but a bit frustrating. There were another couple of slight niggles which I only mention as they are so easy to fix: the bedside lights didn't seem to work; the clock on the wall wasn't working - presumably needed new batteries; and it would have been good to have a washing up brush in the kitchen area. But I want to stress, all of these are very minor things. I loved this property!

Bof

Assez facile d'y arriver, nous avons trouvé pour nous parcker dans la rue juste en face. La cuisine n'est pas grande mais contient l'essentiel. La salle de bain était propre et des serviettes étaient fournie.

Nous étions au 3ème étages (pas d'ascensseur), la chambre/cuisine/salle à manger est assez petite, la salle de bain est minuscule, il ne faut pas être trop imposant pour rentrer dans la douche car ce sont des dimenssion très petites, ma tête touchait le pommeau de douche du dessus et je me cognais constament les bras contre les parrois de la douche. Il n'y a pas de vrai porte entre le lit et la salle de bain, lit qui donne directement une vue vers les toilettes d'ailleurs. Le chauffage est insuffisant et il faisait assez froid dans la chambre et nous n'avons pas vraiment réussi à nous réchauffer correctement sans être sous la couette. La literie est plutôt moyenne. La cuisine ne contient pas énormément de choses, assez peu de condiment si vous voulez faire à manger.

Zeer onveilig pand

Het was niet brandveilig , er waren wel brandblussers en een rookmelder, maar geen nooduitgang vanuit onze verdieping. Wij zaten op de derde verdieping met veel trappen . Als er brand uitbreekt in het pand zit je gevangen in de studio. Gebeld maar helaas spreken ze alleen maar de Franse taal, dus dat is als toerist ook een probleem als je ze echt nodig zou hebben. De bedoeling was om hier een paar nachten te verblijven. Maar na een nacht zijn wij uit dit onveilige pand weggegaan. Vanuit de accommodatie geen enkele tegemoetkoming hierin. Al veel geboekt via booking.com maar dit nog nooit meegemaakt. Ook vanuit booking.com tot nu toe geen restitutie en medewerking om dit goed op te lossen .

Basis ok & wifi niet

Basis was goed en schoon. Communicatie snel en extra gevraagde toeristen tax snel herzien omdat die al betaald was. Ligging mooi met fijn uitzicht op hetfstbossen.

Verwarming ging ‘ s nachts uit, badkamer heeft geen verwarming. Was koud ‘s nachts vooral ook de vloer. Douche is krap met een douchekop op een vaste hoogte. Regendouche werkte niet. Was hierdoor lastiger douchen. Wifi met extender bleef niet connecten of was te zwak op appartement nr 4 op de bovenste verdieping maar leek ook beneden niet te werken. Ook gaf gastgever aan het gecheckt te hebben en gereset. Koelkast en klok gaven veel geluid, beiden uitgezet. Gehorig kon gasten onder of naast? mij horen of hun tv/muziek.

Zentrale Lage, kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße vor dem Haus. Kleine, funktional ausgestattete Ferienwohnung im historischen Zentrum von Spa. Der Check-in verlief problemslos über eine Schlüsselbox.

Die Wohnungen in den Obergeschossen sind über sehr enge Treppe zu erreichen.

Locatie is in het centrum, goed bereikbaar. Appartement was schoon. Prima bedden.

Ruimte in de badkamer is beperkt. Losse erg kleine koelkast neemt als los component veel ruimte in op het aanrecht.

Die Lage ist hervorragend und ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Das Zimmer war sehr gepflegt und hat ein schönes großes Bett. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr schön
