If you need space and three separate bedrooms and good wifi in an entire house - that's a good place

A little bit old style, but that's what to expect in the Ardennes. Well equipped, spacious, grill, huge garden, quiet, parking in front of the door. With using the curtains bedrooms can get pretty and sufficient dark. 3 separate bedrooms upstairs, toilets a little bit small, but everything worked well. Few minutes to Spa, 15 minutes to race track. And important for us: WIFI was good, fast and reliable - since mobile wasn't so good at that area.

Beautiful location, great price, wonderful people

A cozy, well-equipped, and large vacation home. Very knowledgeable friendly and super accomodating owner who met us on arrival (even though we arrived earlier than expect) and gave us a tour of the house. A travel baby cot was also provided. Super close to everything, including the ski/sledding slopes.

Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases duvets abd pillows) for the beds were included, but not towels for showers. Several of the door knobs were loose/in need of repair/replacement and it made entering/leaving rooms difficult for children and sometimes the adults. The WC areas were incredibly damp (probably because of the temperature differences - they're unheated areas and surrounding rooms are heated) and the toilet tissue provided soaked up the moisture. Be aware that nearly all shops aside from the frituur and the fuel station are closed on Sundays, especially in the evening, and the frituur often deals with a large amount of tourists and can run out of fries early.. leaving the option of fuel station food or reheatable meals from the traituur's vending machine. Those with electric cars should be sure to charge their cars well before arriving in Spa, the Lidl charging station was not functional and the other stations close by were occupied or reserved for guests only.. so it took a bit of doing to locate something.

Sehr schönes Domizil für Familien oder Freundesgruppen

Die Ausstattung ist komplett und für 6 Personen oder mehr geeignet. Eine große Küche lädt zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen ein. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und ein extra Esszimmer mit einem sehr großen Tisch. Perfekt für Spiele Abende. Es war sogar Platz zum Tanzen. Dann gibt es noch einen Wintergarten und einen sehr großen Garten mit Spielwiese, die wir wegen des Wetters nicht nutzen konnten. Die Lage ist schön in einem kleinen Dorf und es gibt ein Restaurant im Ort das man zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für Einkäufe und zum Bäcker muss man nach Spa, mit dem Auto geht es schnell. Die Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei und es wird schnell warm. 2 Bäder und 2 WCs entspannen die Situation für eine größere Gruppe.

Die Ausstattung braucht etwas handwerklichen Einsatz. Einige Türen und Griffe müssen befestigt oder instandgesetzt werden. Der Wintergarten ist undicht und stand bei Regen unter Wasser.

Fijne uitvalsbasis vlakbij Francorchamps, ideaal voor gezinnen of families.

We waren hier met twee gezinnen en hebben het heerlijk gehad. De jongens konden fijn spelen in de tuin en er waren volop spelletjes aanwezig. Ondanks dat het eind september was, hebben we nog lekker in de tuin geborreld en gebarbecued.

Lieu de charme, spacieux et acceuillant qui allie le calme et la proximité de la jolie ville de SPA!

Ce gîte est parfait! L'emplacement au calme proche du centre ville de Spa, l'environnement, le jardin mais surtout la maison si accueillante! Spacieuse et joliment décorée, elle a logé confortablement ma famille et amis! Ce lieu de charme nous a été présenté si gentiment par notre Hôte Marie Paule et nous y reviendrons certainement tellement on a aimé!

Geweldig huis met een gezellige sfeer, prachtig uitzicht en van alle gemakken voorzien!

Wij hadden een geweldige tijd in Les Essarts! De eigenaresse was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het huis is prachtig gelegen, met een enorm grote tuin met schitterend uitzicht. Het huis zelf is brandschoon, heel leuk en met een persoonlijke sfeer ingericht, we voelden ons er gelijk thuis. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien, er zijn spelletjes en puzzels, enorm veel servies en keukengerei, een basisvoorraad (thee, afwasblokjes, kruiden, etcetera) was ook aanwezig en er lag bier koud op ons te wachten na onze inspannende fietstocht. Heel gastvrij allemaal! Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar!

Gruppo di cicloamatori in Belgio per partecipare alla LVL Challenge.

Struttura ampia, pulita e fornita di tutte le comodità (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie ecc.). Doppio bagno/doccia, indispensabile per un gruppo di sportivi. Zona molto tranquilla. Nelle immediate vicinanze è presente un’ottimo ristorante raggiungibile in quattro passi (letteralmente).

Heel leuk huis vlakbij Spa

Heerlijk ruim en comfortabel huis, wij waren met 5 volwassenen en 3 kleine kinderen. Het ligbad was fijn en ook de aparte doucheruimte. De inventaris was zeer compleet, op elke kamer een TV. Ook de buitenruimte met tuin was zeer ruim. Het huis is heel centraal gelegen voor allerlei uitstapjes en wandelingen.

Domek jest taki jak na zdjęciach, dostajesz dokładnie to co widzisz. Dom po remoncie z zachowaniem regionalnego stylu z nowoczesnymi rozwiązaniami. Duża kuchnia, duża jadalnia, sporo naczyń i sprzętów kuchennych. W sypialniach wygodne łóżka. Bardzo dużym atutem jest bliskość SPA, oraz odległość od toru wyścigowego. Raj dla rowerzystów. Pod samą miejscowość prowadzą dwie strome drogi które są nie lada wyzwaniem. Polecam miejscówkę.
