Obiekt w cichej okolicy. Własny parking.
Gospodarz robił trudności z przekazaniem kodu do kluczy. Chciał na nas czekać. Udało się go przekonać do przekazania kodu. Mieszkanie piętrowe. Toaleta na parterze. Umywalka i prysznic na piętrze. Kabina prysznicowa nie ma drzwi. To bardzo utrudnia życie. Trzeba często chodzić po stromych schodach. Na piętrze jest telewizor, ale nie można odbierać stacji telewizyjnych tylko oglądać platformy streamingowe (Netflix, itp.) pod warunkiem posiadania własnego hasła. W domu jest pralka, ale nie jest ona dostępna dla gości. Jest w zamkniętym pomieszczeniu. W okolicy budynku brak miejsc na spacery. Drogi są wąskie, bez chodników, a część dróg nie ma asfaltu i jest dużo kurzu. Brak komunikacji publicznej do centrum.
