Overall pleasant stay but could’ve been better with more maintenance on the owner’s part.

Phenomenal location.

The bed was very uncomfortable (couch was great though), and the place could use some repairs.

Location is near shop and restaurant.

The floor unit up stairs is not sound proof. I can hear the neighbour having sex clearly. Thanks god my kids is so tired and they have deep sleep. But, it’s so entertaining 🤣🤣

Comfortable but rough and ready

Comfy sofa. Coffee machine. Good for a family, more of an Airbnb place. Super clear instructions on getting there and the key.

No hot water in the shower and owner did not respond. Plumbing generally suspect (taps felt like they were going to come off, toilet flush looks like it will flood the room). Low ceiling to get into the bedroom, dangerous staircase no banister. Occupants of the second bedroom have to go through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom. Code for WiFi given but not the name of the router, could not access. Hallway quite dirty and cluttered possibly due to building works. A little tatty and rough around the edges.

Free coffee which was a nice touch

There were only 2 bedrooms and NOT 3 bedrooms as advertised on booking.com. The bathroom is only accessible via 1 bedroom so with 2 couples, there was no privacy and we had a bad nights sleep due to the other couple needing to go to the toilet during the night. The booking.com website should make it clear that there is only 1 en-suite bathroom which needs to be used by the 2nd bedroom and also make it clear that there are 2 bedrooms and a bed settee in the living room.

A lovely apartment that our family of 5 enjoyed. Kitchen had all necessary facilities, nice comfy lounge to relax on. Bedding was comfortable.

During our stay there was construction occuring outside and in the building which started early and was noisy. When this is completed it will be amazing!

Well equipped and comfortable flat in good location.

Good contact available with the owner. Good location next to various shops, restaurants and bars. Adequate storage for our cycles overnight. The flat was well equipped and comfortable.

Having two bedrooms was very comfortable for my family. In the centre of Spa but very quiet area, a bit abandoned.

Not bad

The place was comfortable. The kitchen was very complete. Good atmosphere.

The owner didn’t tell us the key password beforehand. We had to call & message for 15 min at the door before the owner answered with the code. The password on the sheet in the apartment was wrong & we had to check the modem ourselves. Also, the hot water ran out very quickly. Luckily we went to the baths so we could skip shower.

Cozy appartment close to the center of Spa

The apartment is located next to l'hotel de ville, very convenient to have car parking place, easy walk to the city center and few hundred meter away from the Spa thermal-bath. The owner is friendly and supportive. He went to the apartment immediately to help us when we could not open the door. The kitchen and facilities is new and you can find all the things you need. There is only 1 bath room in the master bed rooms that may make inconvenient for the others who sleep in other rooms. Our group are happy to stay there and will come back.

Price quality ratio : super.

Situated in the hart of Spa, at walking distance from shops and bars/restaurants. It was easy to prepare breakfast because of bakery store nearby and a nespresso coffee machine available. Clean apartment and a very good bed. Located in a dead end street it was extremely quiet. We will be back for sure.

The opening of the front door was rather difficult ... a worn out lock ? No further negative points.

L'appartement est loué pour 3 chambres il n'y en a que 2 et il faut traverser la chambre principale pour accéder aux toilettes Ce n'est pas du tout conforme à la présentation Une fenêtre de chambre s'ouvre sur le vide au 2' étage

ideaal appartement voor halloween. Overal gaten in de muren, eigen knutselwerk denk ik. Niet kunnen slapen door rustig pratende bovenburen. Niets dempte het geluid. Deze personen zaten precies naast ons. Hier kom ik nooit meer terug. ! Doe het raam ook niet open, want je hebt het raam in je hand, zie dat je ze er terug inkrijgt. De dochter had ook de klink in haar hand. Puur horror.

l'accès aux toilettes qui n'est vraiment pas pratique, notamment la nuit ou le matin, pour les autres personnes qui ne dorment pas dans la chambre attenante à la salle de bains. Manque d'isolation sonore par rapport aux voisins du dessus.

Alles, appartement word verhuurd als 3 slaapkamer maar zijn er maar 2 en als je in de nacht naar toilet moet dan moet je door een slaapkamer. Verder was het niet schoon en zat er schimmel in toilet/badkamer. Wc constant verstopt en zelf opgelost iedere x

Logement agréable et confortable

Logement propre et spacieux, agréable en famille pour le weekend, petite attention des propriétaires avec café et thé à disposition.

Petite frayeur à l' arrivée tardive avec un mauvais code pour la boîte à clé. Le logement n'est pas très insonorisé au couché on entendait la conversation des voisins, le côté pas très pratique pour nous c' est l'accès au wc dans la salle d'eau car il faut passer par la chambre pour s'y rendre donc la nuit on est réveillée. Il manquait un peu de vaisselle pour le petit déjeuner mais notre séjour fut agréable et confortable nous y retournerons malgré ces petits aléas.

Très bon séjour. Une très belle ville avec de nombreux commerces.

Logement bien placé, propre et accueillant. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Par contre, l’isolation est très mauvaise, on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’étage et dans la rue (simple vitrage). Aussi, dommage de devoir passer dans la chambre pour accéder à la salle de bain/aux toilettes, surtout quand on est 5/6.

L’appartement cosy, bien décoré, ds le centre et proche d’un parking gratuit

La maison en face qui est en travaux (bruit très tôt le matin), les voisins qu’on entend parler à travers les murs, les traces de moisissure ds la salle de bains, la toilette et salle de bains ds la chambre principale (avec un seul accès via la chambre). On avait en plus pas reçu le bon code d’entrée et mauvais numéro de téléphone renseigné!!

Déception

La décoration de l'appartement était super. La localisation était bien, proche du cétre et pas loin des thermes. La literie très bien

Une très très forte odeur de tabac , dans chacune dans le salon et la pièce aux lit jumeaux, alors que c'est un appartement non fumeur. Pas assez d'eau chaude pour tous en étant 4 et en restant très peu de temps sous l'eau Des trous dans les murs ou on voit la laine de vers. Et la vaisselle pas propres. Les couvertures de canapé avec des tâches collante , donc pas nettoyer entre les différents locataires. Nous ne sommes rester qu'une nuit . La localisation de l'appartement très bien , pratique mais l'immeuble en lui meme laissé a désiré, mais ce nuit n'est pas important mais le problème est que la porte d'entrée est très difficile a ouvrir, c'est un voisin qui avait l'habitude d evenir ouvrir la porte aux locataire du logement.. Nous sommes venu sans enfants mais meme s'il y a une chaise haute et un lit parapluie, ca ne nous a pas sembler très adapté , Un proprio pas très compréhensif quand je lui ai fait part de notre séjour, il ma dit sans amabilité , que si on voulais un logement sans trous dans les mur, avec de la vaisselle propre et autres , il fallait payer un logement plus cher... C'est la première fois que je donne un mauvais avis sur booking..

Het was supergezellig en voelde als thuis

Heel gezellig ingericht, alles was aanwezig. Zelfs koffie en thee met melk en suiker. Het appartement was mooi versierd voor kerst. Voelde als thuis.

Krakende vloer op verdiep erboven maar was enkel voor even ‘s morgens.
