Beautiful host, beautiful apartment.

Lovingly restored, very cosy apartment, right on the outside of Gubbio’s walls, with free street parking out the front. Elisabetta is a wonderful host who does her outmost to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is beautifully furnished with some very special touches. We had a very lovely three day stay. Thank you.

Fantastic stay, highly recommended with very helpful host.

Fantastic host -who was very caring and genuinely wanted us to enjoy her accommodation and town. Great location- we could park our car for free in front of the apartment and still walk into the center of town in approx. 5-10 minutes. There was numerous restaurants around the apartment. It was very well stocked in the kitchen,bathroom and laundry.

Wonderful, exceptionally clean, great location

An exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment in a great location. The host was very kind and even let us know when we’d forgotten a shirt behind. The bed was a little hard, so I suggested she put on a pillow topper, which she did right away. Gubbio is fantastic and you’ll be very happy staying here.

Anche quest'anno è stata rispettata la tradizione.

La posizione centralissima, la possibilità di lasciare la macchina e visitare la città a piedi. Poter rivedere gli amici di una mezza vita. Elisabetta si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile tanto da conservarci il posto auto laddove si fa fatica a trovarlo

Niente che non mi sia piaciuto, per alcuni può essere un limite la difficoltà a trovere un parcheggio, per me invece è stato un valore perchè ho avuto la possibilità di muovermi a costo zero.

Bomboniera calda, accogliente ed elegante

Una vera bomboniera calda, accogliente ed elegante posta lungo il fianco di una antica chiesa e vicino ad una delle porte di ingresso della città. Appena fuori il ristretto centro storico ma a pochi passi dallo stesso. Location con enormi vantaggi sia per la mobilità che per il parcheggio e poi, con soli tre passi, sei immerso nella parte più centrale di Gubbio. Appartamento caldo (anche nel senso letterale), elegantemente arredato con ottimo mix di mobili d'epoca, sapientemente restaurati, e mobili moderni, specie quelli della cucina. Dotato di tutti confort con elettrodomestici nuovissimi. Bagno anch'esso confortevole con senso generale di pulito, così come tutta la casa. Proprietaria gentile e premurosa nonché molto cordiale e mai invadente. Appartamento consigliatissimo

Weekend di coccole e relax

Casa Vacanze Il Borgo è a pochi passi da una delle principali piazze di Gubbio. È stato semplicissimo trovare parcheggio gratuito proprio lungo la strada; la signora Elisabetta è stata gentilissima e l' appartamento era più che pulito ! Peccato aver trascorso lì una sola notte... Saremmo rimasti volentieri di più!

L'appartamento di Elisabetta è curato, pulito, carino, accogliente, in una posizione ideale poiché a ridosso del centro storico e con possibilità di parcheggiare sulla strada adiacente con strisce bianche. La camera da letto è confortevole ed il bagno completamente rinnovato. La cucina è grande e completa di tutto. Luogo ideale per trascorrere una vacanza. Elisabetta è molto gentile.

Top Unterkunft in toller Lage

Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, alles war super sauber, es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Aufenthalt braucht. Das kleine Haus ist absolut authentisch, aber gleichzeitig recht modern. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine mit den dazugehörigen Kapseln, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten, da in jeder Unterkunft andere Maschinen stehen. Das Badezimmer war klasse. Auch das Schlafzimmer war groß, die Matratze war bequem. Die Schlüsselübergabe war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Haus liegt an der Straße, aber es war nicht laut. Die Lage direkt vor der Altstadt bzw. der Funivia ist mega praktisch. Es gibt Parkplätze, aber man muss manchmal etwas suchen.

Das Bett quietscht leider bei jeder Bewegung, was bei uns für ein nicht so erholsames Schlaferlebnis führte.
