Paris Montmartre Chic

A well presented, clean, spacious 6th floor apartment - all as advertised. 1.5 bathrooms, spacious sofa/dining area, great modern kitchen. The 3 double bedrooms had comfy beds, lots of wardrobe space and modern shuttered windows - perfect. 2 metro stations plus bus and tram within 10 minutes walk. 20 minutes on metro line 7 to centre of Paris. Lots of restaurants and shops within 5 minute walk. Friendly neighbours in building. Very secure building (numerous coded doors and lift to initially enter, but once you are in you can use the key fob to access most doors). I was initially concerned about emailing copies of our ID in order to gain the door code but later found out that this is the norm now for some properties. We didn't have a car with us, if you do then this apartment is an even better find as parking is included. The owner was quick to reply to any queries we had. Separate your recycling for the bins.

Overall we were really happy with the apartment. For improvement definitely provide hand towels in the bathroom and toilet (one towel per person only provided). We cooked breakfast a couple of times and could not get the large hob ring to work (other 3 were fine). Possibly the TV remote (not very responsive) and TV (dark patch on screen) may need replacing soon - but we hardly used it as we were out busy enjoying Paris - I'm sure the owner will check both.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, modern and exactly as described. The location was excellent especially with easy access to transport, restaurants and local attractions. Check-in was smooth, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The only downside was that the TV didn’t have any channels available. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned in the property description before our stay. If we had known, we would have brought our fire stick so we could watch TV in the evenings and one of the lights isn’t working one of the rooms. Apart from that everything else was great

El apartamento era grande y espacioso, con todo tipo de servicios. Los medios de transporte cerca para poder desplazarte al centro de Paris, Tren, tranvía y metro.

Die Räumlichkeiten waren groß und offen, entsprach genau Bildern. Trotz der viel befahrenen Straße und der Fenster zur Straßenseite heraus, konnte man mit geschlossenen Fenstern sehr gut schlafen.

Großflächiger Schimmel über der Balkontür. Beide Toilettenspülungen liefen teilweise sehr lange nach, was auch durch die geschlossenen Türen hörbar war. Unangenehmer Geruch beim ersten Betreten der Wohnung, nach langem Lüften war es ok. Mangelnde Sauberkeit und Hygiene. Verschmutzte Fenster, Waschmittelreste klebten auf dem Fußboden im Bad vor und an der Waschmaschine, auf der Waschmaschine liegt eine leere Rolle Toilettenpapier von vermutlich vorherigen Gästen. Insgesamt eher schmuddelig, wenn man als Person hohen Wert auf Sauberkeit legt.
