Nice apartment but the area can be off-putting. The museum of science and industry 10 min away is nice to visit with chi

The area can be a bit scary, especially when arriving at night. Maybe having a place to dry clothes after washing them?

This area seems to be unsafe due to many butcher shops and people roaming on the road. Too much noise even at mid night

Nice property, poor location.

The property was nice & tidy.

The Netflix on the TV didn’t work and neither did the wi-fi. The property itself was habitable however the location wasn’t great and we checked out after one night as we didn’t feel safe at night and also it was far from the main attractions in Paris.

Plutôt bien pour 1 nuit, mais à améliorer

Personnel qui nous a répondu suite au problème de code concernant la boîte à clé et a essayé de nous aider. La télévision et la WiFi a disposition.

Le quartier un peu limite, pas mal de personnes regardant assez mal (ont étaient majoritairement des filles) et on se sentait pas très en sécurité quoi. La propreté, joint de douche pas super propre, le frigo ou l'intérieur était un peu congelé, le linge trempé présent dans la machine à laver a notre arrivée, nous avons également vu des bestioles bizarre entre deux oreiller d'un des canapés. En espérant que cela aide à amélioré la qualité. (Photos à l'appui que je n'arrive pas à charger sur le commentaire)

Extrêmement décevant vu le prix demandé.

Spacieux, bien agencé.

Emplacement est horrible et l’hygiène aussi. j’ai retrouvé des excréments dans les toilettes. Au prix de la location, l’économie sur la qualité du matelas est inconcevable.

La place de parking au sous sol

La propreté du logement !!! C’était crasseux , on voit que ce n’est pas entretenu 😡 il y avait de la nourriture dans les toilettes, pas de capsules de café ( cafetière Nespresso pas propre du tout) C’est dommage car le logement en lui est même est assez grand mais franchement faites le ménage et il y a besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement et un peu de déco ce serait pas mal . Problème de prises électriques et les piles de la télécommande( TV) ne fonctionnaient plus!

Pas de petit déjeuner prévu aucun contact humain après plusieurs reprises jai téléphoner toujours messageries de plus j'aimerais un dédommagement aucun accès à la télévision durant les trois jours très frusrant merci d'en tenir compte

La vicinanza alla metro che dista circa 5 minuti a piedi

A parte il quartiere abitato da persone poco raccomandabili di molte nazionalità diverse, l'appartamento è abbastanza fatiscente che va' assolutamente riammodernato: bagno con sanitari vecchissimi( mancanza di carta igienica e sapone per mani...comprata da noi! Abbiamo anche avvisato il gestore scusandosi), la pareti delle mura vanno imbiancate perché sono macchiate di nero, la TV non funziona e la pulizia in generale lascia molto a desiderare.

Lo que más nos gustó es la amplitud del apartamento que nos tocó y fue nuestro campamento base para visitar París y Eurodisney. Al venir en coche, el parking también fue un punto esencial para nuestra logística.

Ubicación mejorable, pero en tren o metro se llegaba bien a cualquier lado.

Je ne prendrais plus d appartement sur booking si ce propriétaire ne retire pas ces menaces

Nous n avons pas du tout aimé cet appartement Le ménage laissait à désiré et l hygiène nous a Parfois rebuté ( poil pubien sur les savons, cheveux sur les coussins; toilettes mâles lavées, grosse tache sous le lit !une horreur ! Et malgré les photos qui ont démontré que l appartement était sale Le propriétaire nous a proposé de nous remboursé contre une note de 10 Je lui ai dit pourquoi pas mais sans me douter qu il allait en profiter pour me menacé d un article de loi Nous avons un dossier avec la conversation et les photos
