Very comfortable, clean and spacious property. Outside of the tourist area, but easily accessible since it is right next to a metro stop. Several grocery stores within walking distance. Host communicated very well and met us at check-in. He was very accommodating. We had seven people in our family and we had plenty of room to comfortably fit us all.

Property is clean and very accessible to train station.Host Vincent is kind and helpful. If we visit Paris again, we will definitely stay here again

My husband and two teens stayed for 4 nights in the summer. The apartment is in a family friendly neighborhood about a 20-30 minute metro ride from most tourist attractions. The metro station is steps away. We had an amazing meal at local bistro, Jeanette. It was clean and worked well for us. The owner was very communicative. It is important to note the air conditioner is a unit on the first floor (very common in Europe) and all the bedrooms are on the second floor. Due to construction on the building, the scaffolding prevented much air from circulating upstairs, however each bedroom had a fan, which was helpful. Overall, it worked well for our family.

We own and operate vacation homes in the states. We are coming to learn that things are very different in other countries. These homes say they sleep more people than they really can. When a property says it can sleep 6 people you’d think there would be seating for 6 but the couch maybe could fit 3 people. The dishwasher was broken, the shower wasn’t working and they couldn’t come the first day to fix it for us to be able to use. They then wanted to come when we were not there and we weren’t comfortable with that. Each room has one sheer see through curtain which is pointless. There were no extra pillows or towels. The property was fine for what we needed since it was a short stay. But in my opinion, we paid too much considering multiple things were broken and ended up having to pay for keys that were somehow missing. So we paid for keys but they didn’t offer any financial compensation for the ONE shower being broken that 5 people had to use? Overall, the property was ok but there’s definitely room for a ton of improvements if you want better reviews and more bookings.
