This apartment is absolutely great in a fantastic location close to transport options and an easy walk from Gare du Nord, and for Paris very quiet. Lovely and clean and comfortable. We will be back for our next visit to Paris.
The only small issue was with the electronic front door. As far as we could work out only my phone with the app and code could unlock the door. It may be that we could have shared the code but in the end it did not matter. Wont put us off staying there again.

Um die Türe zu öffnen musste man eine App herunterladen. Das hat meistens funktioniert. Aber leider nicht immer. Einmal mussten wir sicher 30 Minuten warten bis uns geholfen wurde. Das war mühsam.
Ich hätte lieber einen "echten" Schlüssel gehabt als diese App zum Türe öffnen.

La posizione (alloggio situato dentro ad una corte interna, di fronte al metrò), abbastanza spazioso per essere a Parigi, i condizionatori in ogni stanza, la grande tv.
La comunicazione con l'host (molto impersonale e reattivo solo nel momento dell'accesso, se nonon ho mai ricevuto risposta alle altre domande poste), l'accesso all'appartamento solo tramite app (se non hai connessione o batteria non entri). Stoviglie tutte sporche (abbiamo rilavato tutto quello che abbiamo usato), mancano asciugapiatti e carta da cucina, muri del bagno tutti macchiati, in generale poca cura dei dettagli.
