The property was right across from the Metro, so transportation was easy. Once you were in the facility, it felt very safe. We were walking distance to grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, etc. You would need to go to a different location if you wanted to do some shopping. The beds were comfortable and the living room couch folded out into a full size bed. This one had a washing machine/dryer all in one unit. The host was very accomodating, helpful, and communicated great. We got in around midnight and he still was answering our questions at that time.

The location of the city was a little dirty, but we never felt unsafe. We didn't have a lot of areas that we would want to just walk around and hang out in.

L'emplacement proche des commodités, de la gare de l'Est et du Nord. Le calme au vu de sa situation au fond d'une cour intérieure. Le logement est spacieux. Bravo pour l'explicatif vidéo pour accéder au logement.

J'ai juste eu un peu peur de ne pas réussir à ouvrir la porte d'entrée car l'indicateur pile était au plus bas. Il manquait peut-être un distributeur de savon au niveau de l'évier SDB.

La posizione (alloggio situato dentro ad una corte interna, di fronte al metrò), abbastanza spazioso per essere a Parigi, i condizionatori in ogni stanza, la grande tv.

La comunicazione con l'host (molto impersonale e reattivo solo nel momento dell'accesso, se nonon ho mai ricevuto risposta alle altre domande poste), l'accesso all'appartamento solo tramite app (se non hai connessione o batteria non entri). Stoviglie tutte sporche (abbiamo rilavato tutto quello che abbiamo usato), mancano asciugapiatti e carta da cucina, muri del bagno tutti macchiati, in generale poca cura dei dettagli.
