Völlige Ruhe - wenn nicht gar Totenstille nachts. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell und geräumig.

Die Wohnung ist vollgestellt mit persönlichen Effekten der Vermieterin und man kriegt eine ellenlange Liste, was man alles nicht anfassen darf. Ein kleines Dossier mit vernünftigem Wifi-QR, Restaurant-Tips o.ä.. im Quartier wäre eine kleine kundenfreundliche Kompensation dazu gewesen. Beleuchtung im Flur funktionierte immer noch nicht und die Elektrosteuerung der Wohnung ist ziemlich gewöhnungsbedürftig. Für Stadtschwärmer ist die Wohnung nicht ideal, da öV-mässig schlecht erschlossen: Lange Gehwege zu Metro und RER und unzuverlässigem 91er-Bus. Das Quartier ist auch ziemlich unbelebt.

Appartement très bien situé dans une résidence, au calme, proche à pied ou en bus des commerces et restaurants de Port Royal, Denfert Rochereau et Montparnasse. Vues sur cour et jardin. Appartement clair et confortable. Indications pour y accéder très claires, échanges agréables avec l'hôte par tel et SMS..

Si le sèche serviettes dans la salle de bains fonctionnait, ce serait plus confortable.

I cannot say anything about the unit but I can say the host was very responsive when we ran into our problem. She tried to help us contact Booking.com to expedite a refund which we were thankfully able to get back. The property also has an elevator which is rare for Paris.

There was major issues with this booking. We booked the apartment on Booking.com 3 weeks before our arrival date and everything went fine with the reservation. I even submitted payment for the apartment. However when we arrived at the unit, we found that the apartment already had a couple living in it. Apparently this unit was already rented for a month on AirBNB. The host said for some reason the 2 websites (AirBnB and Booking.com) did not sync her calendar and she didn't notice the conflict either so that's why it ended up being overbooked. Needless to say, it was a bad experience for us as when we got to the apartment, it was already 9:30PM. Having to find another accommodation that late in the evening was definitely challenging and also a lot more costly. We ended up being in an apartment half the size as this original one for practically the same cost. There was really no one to blame, Glitches happen but I do suggest the host double check her bookings from now on.
