Nothing against the property, but the car services in Goa is absolutely unfriendly, and if you’re coming to Goa, you’ve got to get your driving license and get Scooty otherwise half of your budget will go in transportation.

Everything single piece of that place. It was a perfect stay. Amazing food and staff. The owner Akash is very welcoming and friendly. Even if you plan to go alone, the place is very calm and cozy. You will love the stay during monsoon season. And i am not joking, north Indian food is just wow. Please don’t pit your efforts for North Indian food anywhere in Goa except this one.

Everything was exceptional.. from hospitality to food, stay to comfort.. chlorine free swimming pool.. locality is mind blowing... every moment the host will surprise you and will take care of your smallest request with a great deal. Aayush and Akash you made it.. Hats off guys

There is nothing that you don't like

Rooms are designed very well. Unique and spacious.

Moist rooms, 1 AC is not sufficient for the room size, Room locks automatic but its hard to lock and unlock due to technical issues. Understaffed property and parking of car is in open jungle space. Need lot of renovation staff training and professional housekeeping services. Bathroom doors are very hard to operate, shower handle broken, curtains for bathroom privacy are weirdly placed causing improper operations. Kids safety is not considered at all.
