    Clean hotel , food staff but breakfast spread was very average with 0 variation over 3 days stay . Service was average but for 16k for 3 nights, it was a decent deal.

    Had a wonderful stay at Radisson Resort Goa Baga. The check-in and check-out were smooth, the rooms were neat and well maintained, and I especially enjoyed the poolside area. A special mention to Mr. Ankush, Front Office Manager, who was extremely helpful and made sure things were taken care of efficiently. His friendly and professional approach really made the stay more comfortable. The breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of options. Since my workplace is close to the resort, the location is also very convenient for me. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend Radisson Resort Goa Baga. Looking forward to staying here again!

    Our stay at Radisson Resort Goa, Baga was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we have had, especially considering we were travelling with kids. From the moment we needed assistance, the hotel staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. There was no sense of hospitality or basic courtesy. Even the housekeeping staff lacked professionalism and manners. We actually saw housekeeping staff sitting comfortably on chairs while cleaning, which was extremely disappointing and did not reflect the standards expected from a reputed hotel. The housekeeping service itself was very poor. Towels were not provided after the room was cleaned, and we had to repeatedly call the hotel just to get basic necessities that should have automatically been replenished. But the worst part of our stay was the food. The food quality was extremely disappointing. The paneer did not seem fresh and appeared to be analogue/processed paneer, which is completely unacceptable at a property of this standard. The soups were practically tasteless, and overall the food experience was nowhere close to what one expects from a Radisson property. When you are travelling with children, you expect a hotel to provide basic cleanliness, good food, courteous staff and reliable service. Unfortunately, we experienced the opposite. For the price paid and the reputation of the Radisson brand, this experience was completely unacceptable. Poor service. Poor housekeeping. Poor food. Rude staff. We definitely would not recommend this property, particularly to families travelling with children. The management seriously needs to look into its staff behavior, housekeeping standards and food quality.
