    Renaissance is a very beautiful property, designed with intricating detail. The rooms were spacious and clean, full of aesthetics, large bathrooms with all amenities. Location is superb. The staff was very well trained and courteous, always ready to assist. Breakfast was sumptuous, full of variety. Stephen and Amiyo on the reception and Ruturaj in the Breakfast restaurant were of excellent service. Overall a delightful stay. Would definitely stay again

    I stayed at Renaissance Goa for 3 nights and, unfortunately, had to change rooms every single night. I had high expectations from a newly opened Renaissance property, but the stay was quite disappointing. On the first day, the tap water in my room was yellow and visibly dirty. The hotel handled it by upgrading me from a Superior Room to a Junior Suite, which I appreciated. However, the Junior Suite had a major acoustic issue — loud DJ music from a nearby club could be clearly heard late into the night and significantly disturbed my sleep. The hotel had to move me again, but they couldn't provide a comparable room and I was moved back down to a Superior Room. On the third night, there was some noise coming from the terrace, although this was not a major issue. On the positive side, the staff throughout were polite, helpful and cooperative, and they did make efforts to resolve the problems whenever I raised them. Overall, though, having to change rooms every night and dealing with water quality and significant noise issues made the experience far below what I expected from Renaissance. I really had high hopes for this property, especially being a new hotel, but the stay unfortunately fell short.
