    The food and the location and especially the hospitality here is great. Would recommend it for people who want to be near Baga and Anjuna

    Property is at nice place, rooms are good. Staff is good, but food lacks the right mix. But everything else makes it a good place to be at.

    It was Great time spent with Family at Double tree Hilton Arpora. Resort so nice that we didn't went outside only. So much Resort is comfortable and has got all facilities. My kids had a great time in pool ,which is well maintained. Overall we were delighted staying at Double Tree, Hilton.

    Very disappointed with our stay. The hotel is clearly understaffed, and guests are expected to park their own cars as it is a self-service setup. We requested a complimentary room upgrade, which was initially refused. Later, the staff informed us that they were giving us a premium category room, apparently without realizing we were staying for two nights. The next day, they called and asked us to change rooms because it was a higher-category room. This was very inconvenient, especially since we were traveling with kids, and the staff showed very little understanding of the situation. Another inconvenience was that every order from the restaurant had to be paid for immediately instead of being added to the room bill and settled during checkout, which is quite unusual for a hotel. Overall, the service was disappointing, the staff lacked coordination, and the guest experience fell far below expectations.
