    We stayed at Bloom Boutique Baga from 26th to 30th and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay. The food served at the hotel was very good. All the staff members were helpful, courteous, and cooperative. A special thanks to the manager, who was always warm, friendly, and welcoming. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

    The property has several positives that deserve recognition. Housekeeping was excellent—fast, efficient, and consistently polite. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness standards were very good. The breakfast billing staff were courteous and professional. The amenities were excellent, and the night-shift reception staff went out of their way to help by arranging cutlery, bowls, and disposable spoons when requested. I would also like to appreciate the reception manager, who handled a difficult situation calmly and professionally despite my frustration and raised voice. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by the behavior of certain staff members. The conduct of Sachin during check-in was highly unprofessional, discourteous, and disappointing. Similarly, the breakfast coordinator’s attitude was rude and unwelcoming, which is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. In addition, the breakfast quality was below expectations and did not match the standards one would expect from a property of this category. There was also a persistent septic tank smell in the balcony area, which affected the comfort of the stay. The most concerning issue was being misinformed regarding hotel room key charges. Providing inaccurate information to guests creates confusion and damages trust.
