Situated on the 31st floor with an elevator, our charming 110sqm apartment offers a strategic location and an upgraded living experience in the dynamic JBR community. Immerse yourself in the beauty of Dubai's skyline, indulge in beachside activities, and relish the convenience of proximity to major landmarks.
The living room features two sofas, an armchair, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones and a door that leads you onto a furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing.
The adjacent kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries to cook delicious homemade meals.
There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, while the second has a queen-sized one. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Check-in Process: A greeter will meet you at the building for a personal check-in.
Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.
ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.
No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.
Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.

Great Location For JBR - The Walk
: The location was brilliant. Just across the road from JBR Beach, restaurants, shops and cinema.
The apartment was modern and very comfortable.
It was great to have all modcons like washing machine, oven, hob, fridge freezer, etc.
Maintenance came quick to fix the blocked drain in the ensuite.
You have to walk up a lot of stairs to get above the shops and arrive at the entrance to the building, which isn't great when you have a big suitcase, or are just tired at the end of the night.
There is a lift, but it's around a corner which is slightly inconvenient, but not the end of the world.
The lifts in the apartment only display the floor number the lif is on on the ground floor. So one day I pressed the button to leave the apartment and waited 5-10 mins with no idea if the lift was coming.
I ended up walking down from the 31st floor which was exhausting when you don't have aircon in the stairwell.
It would have been nice if the master bedroom had a TV in it.
