Die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt, die Betten sehr bequem und sehr sauber. Die Aussicht ein Traum. Es war auch erfreulich, dass wir spät einchecken durften. Die Größe der Wohnung war auch ein Highlight.
Leider war insbesondere die Küche sehr schmutzig und in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand. Der Kühlschrank war sehr unhygienisch, die Spüle ebenso, es stand benutztes oder zumindest nicht sauber gespültes Geschirr herum.
Es gab 3 Badezimmer, von den jedoch nur eines benutzbar war, da das Licht in den anderen beide nicht ging. Das Licht ging ebenfalls in der Küche nicht (aufgrund der unhygienischen Zustände vielleicht ein Vorteil...).
Zahlreiche Kakerlaken und diverse andere Insekten haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft.

It is a very economical and comfortable stay at one of the best places in Dubai. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was neat and well organized. The washroom was very nice and clean. I think by staying here I have discovered the best economical place in JBR Dubai.
