As fotos condizem com a realidade a localização e excelente só duas coisas a reportar, um forte cheiro de cigarro com pouco cheiro de mofo e o acesso à portaria dificultado pelo porteiro. O cartão de acesso não abria a portaria.

La llegada al apartamento fue un poco lioso para poder dar con la entrada. Hay detalles en el apartamento que podían mejorar como mantenimiento de los cuarto de baños, ducha con pedida de agua, cisterna que se quedaba bloqueada y sonaba el agua, pero detalles.
