The property is situated in a quiet area yet close enough to the buzzing sea front and marina of JBR.
The experience when dealing with management company GuestReady has been very disappointing.
While the late checkin was indicated free of charge on booking.com the agency demanded that we pay them an extra fee of 150 AED. Even if they assured us that there are pool towels available, they did not provide any and when we asked for them they requested again another 150 AED. Lastly when we asked for a change of beddings for one of the kids bed, they answered again with a request for 150 AED.
The apartment amenities are of poor quality and outdated. The shower in the bathroom is not working but only dripping cold water. Some other bathroom equipment such as the bidet is broken.
