Great view, large rooms, close to beach and restaurants, great value for the money.

The location is in a good area of Dubai Marina and the evening view is truly sensational
First of all the property has not been renovated for a long time and this is a big problem, the sofas are dirty, the armchair is broken, one of the toilets did not work for 5 days out of 7, two days before we left one of the bathrooms was flooded and the administration did nothing about it
