About this apartment rental
This 55m2 penthouse on the 8th floor features one bedroom, one bathroom with bathtub, a living room with gigantic flat tv and open kitchen, a dining/office room. The apartment has two terraces (ca. 20m2 and 12m2) on both sides of the building.
One has an outdoor dining table for 6 people and a view over the entire city with perfect views on the Eiffel Tower. This is the single best spot to have a sunset drink, while seeing the Eiffel Tower come alive at night. The terrace is absolutely private.
There is one guest mattress which could be placed either in the bedroom for a third person/kid or in the living room. The building is in Paris most chic and safest neighbourhood, Saint Germain, just next to the cutest park in town: Jardin Luxembourg.
The apartment is also equipped with a Sonos sound system and two air purifiers, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. As well as a Vitamix Blender, a mini oven, a dishwasher and a laundry machine.

Alexander’s place is amazing. On the top floor with great air flow and great view of the Eiffel Tower! Location is great, in a good part of town and very close to Metro. The Apartment is spacious and had all the necessary items for an extended stay. Bonus points for the great Moccamaster coffee machine !!
