Situated on the 3rd floor with a lift, this modern and tastefully decorated 25m² studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay!
This apartment is designed with an open floor plan. The space features a sofa, a dining table, and a king-size bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort and a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries, such as a microwave, a fridge, and a coffee maker.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
Please note that the air conditioner is a portable unit designed for a single room.

The 7th arrondissement is located on the left bank. It extends from rue des Saints-Pères to Avenue de Suffren. It is also known as the "Arrondissement du Palais-Bourbon." The district is full of tourist sites and museums: between the Invalides and its Army Museum, the Eiffel Tower, which is no longer on display, the Grand Palais and its temporary exhibitions, which can be booked months in advance (but they are worth it!), the Quai Branly Museum and its collection from all over the world, the Rodin Museum and its many sculptures, and many more, your thirst for culture and the arts will be satisfied! I also strongly advise you to try the experience of a starred chef, Jean-François Piège, head chef of the famous Crillon, who offers in his Thoumieux brewery an excellent value for money with - excuse me - a view of the Eiffel Tower! Or the Pottoka, where chef Sébastien Gravé honors his native region, the Basque Country, with refined and surprising dishes. Run there, you won't be disappointed! It's, without hesitation, my favorite spot in the neighborhood.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Rue du Bac, is just a 4-minute walk.
Paris-Orly Airport is approximately a 40-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

I can highly recommend this rental. It's secure, and because it's on a quiet street there is little noise – even with the window open. The bed is comfortable, and there are enough pillows for 2 guests to prop up their heads if desired.That said, there are a few things I'll mention that the manager can hopefully adjust for future guests.I don't know if this is fixable, but the fan in the toilet bathroom remains on for several minutes after turning off its light switch. (To those potential guests reading, trust me when I say it's a noisy fan. If the fan can't turn off with the light, you'll want to close the door every time after using that bathroom.)The shower basket mounted on the wall is loose on its left side. It does remain on the wall, but placing an item in the left side angles it down a lot.The shower bathroom's fan doesn't work, so even with the door open, the shower will cause a lot of moisture to build up. (That said, if that fan works similarly to the toilet bathroom's fan, it could be just as well that it remains off.)There's only 1 hand towel; it'd be nice to include one more to cover the sinks in both the shower and toilet bathrooms.The tiny key ring is very weak, as the big key ring with the keys easily comes off it. Replace it, or maybe you can just use the big key ring.I suggest adding an instruction in the document on how to pull open the key lock box.Note that you'll also need the key to lock and unlock the door from the inside (not ideal).
